What is Deliverya?

Deliverya is a food and grocery online delivery service that currently operates in Palawan, Mindoro and Aklan. We seamlessly connect customers with their favorite shop and restaurants. It takes just few taps from our platform to place an order through Deliverya app, you can also place an order through call, text and via our Facebook page.

What does Deliverya do?

Through app, we simply take your submitted order and send it to the restaurant through a completely automated process, so you do not have to deal with all the hassle of ordering and we make sure that you receive your order on time, every-time! We also accept special request to buy, pick up or drop off items for you.

Why should I use Deliverya app?

Deliverya is like a huge food court online without the need to go out finding the restaurant, waiting on line, or getting a busy signal while dialing a restaurant number, or getting the wrong order due to miscommunication over the phone! Besides, by using Deliverya, you can view menus with pictures of all your favorite restaurants on our easy-to-use app.

How much will it cost me to use Deliverya services?

The only extra charges that might be applied are the delivery fees.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery and Gcash payment?

Yes we accept orders and you can pay COD or Gcash.

Do you have special offers?

Yes. You can view the latest restaurant promotions and discount coupon in app.

How do I place an order on Deliverya?

Go to Deliverya app, log in with your account, then place an order from your favorite restaurant. You can also call, text or send message on our page.

If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

It depends on the restaurant's estimated delivery time. Each restaurant will display its order delivery time in the restaurant's Info section. However, the time may vary depending on the road traffic congestion.

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Call us us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order. However, please note that if the restaurant already dispatched your order then any additional items may be accounted as a new order.
